Contract Length: 6 Months (Initial) - Likely Extension / Rolling Contract
Work Pattern: Hybrid - 2 Days Onsite at Client Location, 3 Days Remote
Rate: Competitive Daily Rate (DOE)

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join a high-performing Agile delivery team for an initial 6-month contract based in Dublin. This role will operate on a daily rate basis and is expected to extend beyond the initial term as part of an ongoing programme of work.

The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive Agile best practices, remove delivery impediments, and support the consistent delivery of value to the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives

• Support Product Owners and delivery teams in maintaining healthy backlogs and sprint goals

• Identify and remove impediments impacting team delivery

• Promote Agile principles and continuous improvement within the team and wider organisation

• Track and communicate delivery metrics and team progress

• Work with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business priorities and delivery outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Scrum Master within Agile delivery teams

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in enterprise or scaled Agile environments

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and delivery priorities

• Excellent communication and coaching skills

Nice to Have

• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM or similar)

• 3rd Level Degree

• Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar Agile tooling
